"Fast service, but untrained to deal with the public. No greeting, just look you in the face and wait for your order. Food was good, although fries seemed a bit old and dried. Water in men’s bathroom."

"We purchased the specials on the Arby's app. Ordered the food ahead, with plenty of time to arrive and purchase while food would still be warm. However, upon arrival and the better half stepped into the restaurant. The food was not ready. Apparently, there was a "disconnect" between the app and the store system? So, we still got the food while warm. However, we had to wait an extra 10 minutes for the food to be prepared. Again, the food was hot. The portion was adequate. The food was hurriedly prepared and a little messy. Overall, it would still be a restaurant of a few to be revisited on HWY 90 in Lake City."

"The food was perfect. It was hot and fresh. The service was mediocre. They took my order quickly and efficiently, the order was correct. Although the cashier wasn't exactly rude, she wasn't exactly polite or friendly. She barely said a word besides "what can I get you". I placed my order and paid with my card. She handed me my receipt and didn't say one word....not even Thank You. I returned to the counter to ask for my cup. She grabbed one and set it on the counter in front of me and turned her back to me to continue chatting with a coworker. It's like the customer is non-existent"

"Stopped in one evening for a sammich, was lucky enough to be helped by a young lady named Jada. This young lady came from making sandwiches, to take my order, then made my order then she served my order. All the time this pretty young lady washed her hands each move and wore gloves when making my food. The roast beef on my sandwich didn’t even have to be stacked and arranged appropriately. She made this sandwich perfectly and was quick with doing it all. Fresh food and curly fries topped it off. She’s an amazing asset to the Arby’s team and every store needs at least one Jada, she’s a rockstar!! Thank you for a great meal and great experience!! Lake City Arby’s for the win!!"

"Price was good, but the sandwiches lacked the usual Arby’s flavors. The curly fries were the best part of our lunch. Service was fast and the restaurant was clean."
