"Friendly staff, fast service, hot and fresh food! Inside of the restaurant was clean and inviting! The exterior of the restaurant was clean and well kept. I'm glad I chose this Wendy's for dinner tonight! Thank you!"

"One star because you can’t post without giving it something. The night manager is an awful rude individual who belongs nowhere near customer service jobs. She has a God complex and rather than speak to customers, during an issue, she belittles and bully’s them. My experience was her going off on a minor. Several of us share this opinion of her character and very much so demand Wendy’s “go in a different direction” with her employment. This is NOT a one off or, even two, SEVERAL issues involve her. Losing your head to a minor and then boasting about it after they leave is disgusting. She’s baiting someone to catch a charge. Had it been my child that she treated that way, I would have happily caught that charge and smiled in my mugshot. She is a cancer to this establishment. Do better Wendy’s. Your small town customers will NOT stand for it."

"They were respectful and served my with a quickness and our Baconator and log fries were fantastic. We never eat at Wendy’s in Jacksonviile where we reside because that are all rude and the food is scary to eat."

"I would normally give this store higher marks except, the drinks in the app don't match what you have in the store and you know it and haven't changed it. And the food quality has slipped. The employees are still nice and the store is clean. But if you just update the app to what you actually sell and get back on track with the food quality, we're good. As an example, don't put a single piece of romaine lettuce on an otherwise dry chicken sandwich and think that's OK."

"We've been to this location on a few occasions when we have found ourselves in the area. Today, 9/2020, we visited and we're disappointed. We decided to go in, and were surprised by slow counter service and poor safety precautions. Some employees were not wearing masks while others had masks that were not covering their noses and/or mouths. In addition, service was slow and seemingly disorganized."
