"I received a false positive test result for HIV from this lab. I tested positive for HIV antigens/antibodies, and this was "confirmed" by secondary testing, so I was certain I must have had it as receiving a false positive on both is near impossible. Follow up testing revealed I do not have HIV. Words cannot describe how STRESSED out I have been over the past four weeks after receiving this test result. I have felt a mixture of shock, worry, grief, fear, regret, sadness, shame, embarrassment, every negative emotion you could imagine as I thought my life was over, that a future dating life would be forever out of reach, and that I would be stuck paying a heavy financial price for HIV medication and doctors visits. This is not to mention the grief that my close family felt for me and the worry that this caused my previous sexual partners for their own health after I revealed my HIV positive test results. This has been an absolutely awful experience and I hope no one ever has to go through this like I did. This place sucks - find another lab to get blood testing done."

The place was very clean and the phlebotomist greeted us well. I was happy to see that it was not crowded, and seating arrangement was well spaced. My appointment was at 10am for the Annual wellness check panel. I was stuck once and I could not feel the stick! From registration (check in) to check out I was in and out in 15 minutes! "The young lady that was in the office had the door locked prior to 1:15 and my appoint was at 1:00. She looked at me through the window and proceeded to eat her food. After I left because the door remained locked she called me and asked was I the 1 pm appointment then told me that I could come back. After doing my drug screening she said that she was unable to process my urine because she could not detect a temp. She acted as if she did not want to be there . I never have these problems at lab corp. very disappointed"

"The young lady that waited on me is very nice and very good. However, there’s no sign, saying to return the board to the front desk. So one guy who got there after me was taken before me. Also, my appointment was at 9:30, I got there at 9:20 and I didn’t get waited on till 10 o’clock. It wasn’t her fault. I think it was because she was there by herself. Not to be picky, but for the most part, it was a good experience."
