"VERYYYYYYYYY UPSET about this place. Due to where I live I had to go to this facility! I live two hours away! My appointment was for 1:30pm I got here at 1:05. It is now 2:29pm and I am still in the waiting room! The procedure I’m having is always stressful enough then I have to deal with unprofessional before the procedure even happens!!! I wish I would have read the reviews before coming, I would have chosen another location. This is insane!!!! I’m pissed! If you have a day planned please do not come here."
"My appt was today at 2:30, I walked in at 2:18 and immediately completed registration and turned my paper in. 3:05 I was still sitting waiting while everyone else had gone back. I asked the lady at the front desk my much longer, she called back and they told me they were finishing up and it would be about 10 more minutes. 3:25 I go to the back, get ready for my five minute procedure, 3:40 the person doing the X Ray comes in, 3:50 I’m escorted to the lobby after it’s done and told to allow 5 minutes to burn the disc. It’s now 4:22, 2 hours after arrival, almost 2 hours after my appt time, and almost 40 minutes since I was told give them 5 minutes to burn a disc and I’m still waiting. I’m completely disgusted. 4:26 and I’m finally walking out, so much for dropping the disc off at the referring providers office."
"This location with Dr. Weaver and team provided a great experience for my HSG. It comes down to individual anatomy but it was a relatively pain free process with their guidance. We had some difficulty with central northside scheduling. I would recommend confirming cycle day 7-11 in advance."
"Registration process:1 they wanted me to pay before the procedure. The people who answer the phone are not knowledgeable, in my opinion. So I fully paid everything except the cost of the dye upfront before I went in the door. Check in the day of procedure: 1 star. The girls up front are rude, in my personal opinion. The amount of paperwork they have you sign is crazy. I told them I was self pay, but they would not let me notate that, even though their own paperwork says I can notify them in writing. I've never had such bulldoggery prior to a procedure in all the years I have been living. Procedure: the physician said one bag of dye "came out" so they charged me for two. Seems odd to me. Charges: I told them I did not assign my benefits to them. The day I was there to have the procedure, the girls upfront acknowledged it would be double dipping if they took my selfpay money and then charged insurance. Well, guess what, that's what they did, took my self pay money, billed me two separate times and then submitted a claim to my insurance even though I told them I did not assign benefits to them. If you want to come here, go ahead, but I will not ever return."
"I am posting 5 stars here NOT for central scheduling as I think they had poor customer service. However, my experience changed once I spoke to people at the actual location like "Vee" and I met Danielle who was at my bedside for an appointment. Vee was warm and kind. And Danielle (the radiology tech) had excellent bedside manner. Furthermore, the radiologist herself was patient and great as well (Dr. Weaver). Thanks ladies!!!"
