"Corrupt crooks. They are only giving you estimates for services, and then readjust your bill by hundreds of dollars after the appointment. They have a disclaimer saying under law you’re allowed to dispute the bill, but when you try to dispute the bill nothing happens. Shame on anyone who works for this corrupt greedy company. If you care about your well-being, go somewhere you’ll be treated like a person."

"I've spoken with Monica at the front counter several times. She's pleasant and helpful. Everyone I encountered today was nice/helpful. I was called back for my ultrasound on time. Test was quick and easy."

"They refuse to let me see a doctor. I've been trying to get treatment all year long, as my insurance requires I use their facilities. They refuse care to be because I cannot wear a mask. They actually sent me a letter saying they wouldn't discuss the problem further and now simply ignore any request for treatment. This is highly unprofessional. I have a severe anxiety issue and masks cause immediate panic attacks. It's frustrating for me to have to go without medical care, I cannot use my right knee. They won't help me. I have sleep apnea, they won't help me. I can't wait til open enrollment to change insurance so I can get actual care from doctors who aren't afraid of people without masks. My dentist doesn't mind! Absolute insanity from these doctors at this point."

"Very pleasant front staff. I was taken back pretty quickly BUT then had to wait well over an hour because they took someone in who was scheduled for after my appointment.The Mammogram itself was absolute agony. Seriously! I have never cried during a procedure and tears were streaming down my face. I have been having these for 10 years at another location and this was by far the worst! (I had to switch from Wellstar because of insurance). I will not ever go back!"

"I had a terrible experience here last year (I waited HOURS for my appointment because they has lost my scans from my previous doctor in PA, and they didn’t want to give me a mammogram without having my prior images). Since that was all figured out, when Northside called ME to schedule this year’s follow-up appointment after getting the orders from my doctor, I thought this had to be a better experience. They have my records. NOPE. This time, I sat waiting hours because they “didn’t know why I was here”. WHAT?! You guys called me to schedule this. My doctor sent my prescription/orders directly to you. If you didn’t know why I needed an appointment, why wouldn’t you call my doctor when you got the orders or before you called to schedule my appointment. I have never been around more incompetent, disorganized people!!!!! I am getting as far away as I can from the Northside Hospital system.... don’t trust these imbeciles with your care!"
