"Have been to this facility for doctor visits and imaging before prior to OPI taking over. Staff was always friendly. I just tried to make an appointment for mammogram. Over 10 mins hold time, then person had to continually put me on hold to look things up. Could not find my insurance after I explained it is usually categorized differently. She said no - my payment would be $400. As I started to say well then you will have to cancel the appointment. She abruptly hung-up. No attempt at courtesy, let me double-check, scan insurance card and I will have someone else verify, nothing! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. In addition, I tried to write comment on their site and because I left one star it was rejected. That is one way to skew reviews in your favor."
