Wellstar Imaging Services at Windy Hill Hospital

"The staff is wonderful.very clean .and friendly. i was very nervous about having an MRI but the technician made me relaxed he was very understanding and helpful with tips on how to get thru it. My only regret is not remembering his name."

"I never write reviews but I’m done with people affecting a company with bad customer service. I want to specify that the lady who did the US was GREAT and very professional. I used Wellstar for all my health services . Normally the service is great this time I called for an appointment and they scheduled 2 ultrasounds for today on this location for the first time. It was the only place available to do them on the same date. I took my mom with me because she is visiting from out of town and didn’t want to leave her alone. She is in a walker so I drove by the front door to dropped her off and then went and parked the car . Again , first time going to this location , The door to get to the imaging center was about 10 feet from the place my mom was waiting for me . We walked in and this woman sitting at the front desk started giving me a lecture. She said we have parking in front of the door , I saw you leaving her on the wrong door and then parked . I said it’s my first time here and I didn’t knew where the imaging center was . I proceed , got my US done and when I was walking out she went back to the same thing about the parking situation. I told her again it was my first time on that location and I was getting my car to pick up my mom at front the door . She continued the verbal attack about the parking until I said you need to stop , because it’s enough. People like this don’t need to be sitting in a front desk . Completely disrespectful and unprofessional."

"I would highly recommend this hospital. We were greeted by the lovely staff to check in and the wait time was short. We was taking to the imaging waiting area were the radiology tech explained from start to finsh the procedure, expected wait time and gave us warm blankets because the waiting area was chilly. My child felt comfortable and safe knowing being taken care of staff team. This was my first time experiencing this type of care and treatment from a hospital which is sad to say but I really felt my child was in good hands by competent staff."

"I recently had an MRI done for my foot. The two technicians who did my MRI were amazing, as was front desk. Everything was well communicated and everything was completed in a timely manner. It was a very pleasant experience. I was given some nice tunes to listen to while the MRI was being completed."
