"Staff wasted my time by not returning my call before the appointment to tell me that an MRI was going to cost $3000 out of pocket."

"Receptionist was friendly and managed to get me in to my MRI lumbar appointment despite arriving 15 minutes late. She still treated me with respect and kindness and I really appreciate that. Then the gentleman who’s name starts with a “J” who took me to the changing room area was just as kind and professional. Lastly the MRI tech, Jeff, was all around exceptional. Very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable in that magnetic box, played music for me of my choice and explained the procedure at every step. He was very professional and interpersonal too. He gave me advice for balancing single momhood of a toddler with my sonography program journey starting in a few weeks and I really needed to hear that. Thanks everyone, all are rockstars!!"

"Very unorganized. It took weeks to setup an appointment because they kept claiming they never received the doctors order even though I know for a fact they sent it multiple times. Once they finally had it they said someone will call me to schedule an appointment. Never got a call. Also every time you call them the wait times are an hour long to get a hold of someone. They have a callback system but the call would drop sometimes and they would never call me back, so I would have to restart the entire process and wait another hour. The actual appointment was fine, no issues with the technicians. They promised they would send the results back to the doctor and of course they never sent it. So now have to play phone tag with them again trying to figure out where the heck are our results. This is for my grandmothers wrist who is having severe pain. This should have been a 1-2 week process, instead it’s been 2 months just to get a MRI. I recommend going elsewhere."

"I took my dad for an ultrasound at this location. Everyone was very nice. We were very lucky to have a nice, friendly, and professional sonographer with us. Her name is Janai. My dad can't speak English well, she was very patient and gave him instruction with body language. I was with my dad in the ultrasound room, but I had a sensitive throat due to morning sickness, and couldn't stop coughing. She grabbed me water and pointed me the bathroom. She was so caring. I appreciate her very much!!"

"I had mammogram done at this location before. East Cobb area is modern,quiet and safe. Free parking. The facility was prompt once I walked in to register me. Administration did make a mistake on my insurance input which left me with a huge bill but was rectified when I called to handle the matter. My experience was great. There was a total of 20 minutes in both waiting areas (registration & imaging). The facility was clean, quiet with Starbucks. Imaging Tech greeted me and explained step by step what to expect during the session. The pressure of the machine was not bad according to the experiences I hear about. I was done in less than 15 minutes. I would go back for another imaging appointment because the staff was professional, respectful and kind. I was nervous but was fine once the tech made small talk with me on what to expect. I have a new appointment coming up soon so I am not sure what it is like during COVID 19. I was told to wear mask and no other guest was allowed with me. This meant leaving my kids with my hubby at home. Guidelines are enforced at this location."
