"I came to this Urgent care for a 2nd Opinion. I went to a Urgent Care yesterday and I wasn't happy at all with them. I Questioned the Diagnosis the Dr gave me. So I started searching Google and this one popped up. I was having problems with my ear. I had a wax impactment. I needed my Ear Iregated. I Couldn't Hear at All. I was so Stressed out. Not being able to hear is so SCARY. So I decided to give This Company a try.. I made a Appt online. I was able to get in the same day and got a Early Appt. Once I Walked in I was Greeted by 2 nice Front desk people. That was Really nice and a different experience from the Last Urgent care I went to. I filled out my paperwork online on my phone. She showed me how to get into the registration info online also. Once I was checked in I was all good to go. I was in the Waiting room for only 10mins. Then they called me back. Then I was Greeted by Ben the Assistant he took my vitals. He was really nice also. Then he put me in the exam room. I didn't wait long then PA Mallory Bellissimo came in. She Listened to all my questions and concerns and my problems. She let me know the Diagnosis the last Dr. gave me wasn't correct at all. Which I know in my Spirit it wasn't. That's why I wanted a 2nd Opinion. . Then She Iregated my ear. She Done such a good job! Her bedside manor was very good also. Once I was able to HEAR AGAIN I gave her so many Hugs! She was Truley, Truley a God Sent. Thanks so much guys for a great Experience! Thanks so much Crew for such a great Experience."

"I had a great experience at this urgent care. The front staff was friendly and prompt in getting me back asap. I was the only one there at the time so not a long wait. I was seen almost immediately (I cut my finger) and Terri was very helpful and friendly. The sutures were a breeze and I was in and out in less than 45 minutes.
