"Update on 15th Jan 2024 Visited this again for my blood draw on 15th Jan 2024. Seamless experience. Everything went Well. The Lab Technician, Ms.Kayla is a super star. She is very professional, kind, and compassionate. She is quick as well. BTW there are plenty of free parking on the deck. Changed the rating to Five star. Original Review ------------------------ Efficient and Professional Staff. I am health conscious and do blood tests on my own every six months. This is my favorite location. I can get in and get out in less than a hour by doing web appointment and web check-in. The staffs here rocks. The parking place is big and free. All covid safety measures are followed. I would strongly suggest web appointment and web check-in Feature. Quest sends you a text if you enroll your phone number. Mornings are very busy, so go around 11 AM, which I notice is a lean time."

"Absolutely horrible lab techs. The girl doing my screening kept cutting me off when I tried to talk or explain my orders. She then fussed at me when I asked about getting the second set of lab orders done that I had tried to show her earlier and she kept cutting me off. She told me I should have shown her those first, which I clearly attempted to when she kept interrupting , and secondly as a patient how am I suppose to know which order she needs to complete the lab work? She ignored me when I asked questions and then turned her back to me and said “you can leave” when she was finished. I could not believe how disrespectful she was of a patient."

"I went here as a last ditch effort to get my blood drawn on Friday and was pleasantly surprised! They took me in even though I checked in 15 minutes before closing and they were super friendly! My phlebotomist was very skilled and only needed to poke me once even though I have deep veins. She was also easy to talk to and explained everything very well. I highly recommend this location!"
