"Would give 0 stars. Front desk were polite, but otherwise, I had a terrible experience, will not go back. I went in for an x-ray of my collarbone/neck/shoulder to see if anything was broken after a fall. It was the day after the injury and I had pretty bad pain. Of course they know why I'm in, how else would they know what to x-ray right...? The lady doing my x-ray proceeds to literally grab me by my injured shoulder and move me, to get me into the position she wanted. Well it hurt! I said something like, whoa, don't touch me, and pulled away. She immediately acted like she was so annoyed, and literally never apologized. The entire rest of the time, she made snide comments about how it was so difficult to get me in the right position without being able to touch me. It was insane. She acted like she didn't think I was really hurt when she asked me to raise my arm and I couldn't raise it past a certain point. Just completely jaw dropping behavior. I will never ever ever go back here. Do not recommend."

"I have going here for years and have always had a wonderful experience. I have never had to wait more than about 5 minutes and the ladies have always been so nice and have made me feel very comfortable."

"I had scheduled a ultrasound over the phone with a young girl that wasn’t very professional and gave her all my insurance information and she told me that someone would call me before my appointment and tell me what my cost was going to be, which never happened. Fast forward to the day of the appointment, I arrive 20 minutes early with my 3 year old son and immediately I’m told my the older lady at the front desk that the room I was going to be in was super tiny and that he would have to stay in the waiting room and they were not going to watch him. First of all, I never asked for anyone to watch my son, second, if they don’t want children in the room, they should tell you that when scheduling your appointment. Had I known, I would’ve made different arrangements. After all that, I asked her could she tell me how much the cost was going to be, which she did. After considering everything that had been said, I decided to leave. I DEFINITELY would NOT recommend this location. Maybe other locations are great, but not this one."

"From scheduling to the girl checking you in this place is a disaster! Younger lady behind the front desk obviously just does not want to work. Tried to schedule an appointment with same said girl and she left me sitting while "checking in another patient" aka chit chatting it up with another employee. Finally left and called central booking number. Scheduled for specifically for 8:30 as I had a Dr. appt next door for bloodwork 30 minutes before that. Said woman said no your appt is 9:00. So I wait... at 5 minutes till 9 she took great pride in telling me thr machine had broke down and may not come back up and she will keep me posted. All will a great big fake smile on her face! I asked for help with the coffee machine and I got the death stare from her. Wonderful woman next to her was quite helpful with that one. I tell my husband that I'm calling to go elsewhere and go outside the door to call central again. Wouldn't you know that miraculously I get called back. I asked the girl if it broke down and she said no. They do quality control on Tuesday mornings."
