"Their food is always excellent. If you order online and choose the A.S.A.P option, your food will be ready in 10 to 15 minutes. The only downside is their site has glitches and it takes a while to order. If you order inside then your wait time for food is much longer than online ordering. So I love them but would like to see them put as much effort into making the customs waiting as important as the online orders."
"Haven’t been to a Panera Bread in 3.5 years because I live in Australia so I was stoked to get the broccoli cheddar soup in a bread bowl! The staff were fun and really nice! It was 6pm and we had gone to another Panera Bread just before but they didn’t have any food left! This one was already out of bagels as well so felt like they should either stock up a little more or close earlier (this is for all Panera Breads)"
"Panera is usually my baseline for an average chain food fast casual restaurant. This location in John's Creek is fine. Sometimes there's no ice or they're slow to refill the drink fountain, but the staff was nice. The bathrooms are average. There's usually booths with outlets you can snag if it's not busy. Purely food based review: Pick Two - If you go to Panera you know your usual order. Broccoli Cheddar soup was as expected. The Turkey Bravo was a little dry. Cinnamon Roll - Definitely been sitting out for a while, probably would've been more fresh in the morning"
