"The waffles and chicken fillet sandwich and I had the waffles and bacon was so good with sugar free syrup for me and the regular syrup for my husband it was so fresh so hot and it was so feeling we had so much food left over to bring home for lunch"
"Visited this location 1/27. I placed an order for a spicy cool wrap through the mobile app. I proceeded to the waiting area where person after person received their order whilst mine was still nowhere to be found. I received notification that my order was ready yet still nothing to retrieve. Eventually the gentleman working at the register asked if i was picking up. I told him yes && explained my situation. He went to the person bagging the orders && explained. She called out for one to be made but no explanation whatsoever. Eventually the manager came over to ask if i was waiting to which i explained .then the person who was bagging my order called my name out with the order. She explained to the manager( not me) that someone bumped the order without calling it out. I understand that mistakes happen but i waited over 20 minutes for an order that i placed through the app to avoid having to wait. Disappointing"
"As much as I enjoy Chick-fil-A, I'm going to stop coming to this one. This isn't the first time I've had an issue with my order. If they can't make the order as you request, they should say so when you place the order. I ordered a Cobb salad, with warm grilled shredded chicken, & my request was added to my ticket (see highlighted area in attached photo). I receive the order & before I pulled off from the drive-thru I checked it & noticed a whole chicken breast. I ask the young man at the drive-thru about it & he said they only shred it if we request it. Perfect! I showed him my ticket where it says "shredded" to which he responds, "I can take it back in & shred it for you." Ummmm no thanks, it should have been shredded BEFORE I received it. I shouldn't have to give it back. I asked for a knife & drove off. It must be a Chick-fil-A thing because this has been happening way too often recently. They use to fix it as ordered but I guess that's changed without notifying the customer."
"I swung thru drive thru and got my favorite. The chicken mini's. The bread was nice and soft And the mini's were fresh. The line was long but it was efficient and I did not have to wait long. I didn't have my app signed in but he took my phone number and was able to link my account. I didn't know they could do that. If in the area I would definitely go back to this location. Looking forward to going inside now that it's been renovated."
