"Looks like this place had some bad reviews but I’ve been here twice in the last two weeks and I’ve been blown away at their Customer Service. They’ve been so polite they know exactly how to take several peoples orders. They make the best sandwiches. One of the guys recommended a specialty sandwich with some special sauce lol and it was amazing. Honestly, this place has the best customer service so whoever is doing the hiring and the firing keep it up because I will only come here for my sandwiches. And oh yeah, guess what they are better than the pub subs"

"We were excited to get a Jersey Mike’s close to home. But after 3 visits we will NOT go back. It has taken over 25 minutes to get a sub every time and this location is very dirty. The grill looked like it had not been cleaned all day. So obviously hot subs were not an option."
"I love Jersey Mike's and rarely have an unpleasant experience. I showed this location some grace because they are recently open. However, I have been a couple of times, and the lettuce was browning. It's not something I am used to at Jersey Mikes. The staff was friendly, but they are definitely working out the kinks and the cadence. I will always consider Jersey Mikes just letting this location warm up"
