"This restaurant owner should monitor better at his employees at night what is the point to announce that is 24 hrs if at night the workers wont answer the drive tru ik they tired but is not fair they still get paid for not doing there job"

"I went thru the drive thru waited 15 mins in line just to receive a bacon quarter pounder with only a top bun and the meat was stuck to the cardboard box and then have the nerve to not answer the freaking phone. Never a freaking gain"

"First, I extend appreciation to crew members! They were polite, courteous and helpful, each offering to prepare another sandwich. Ordered a fish sandwich, no cheese. I forgot McDonald's does not toast their buns. Eek! Really! This is what you charge $4.00 for?(see photo). The manager,referred to as Mr. Mohammad,was advised twice,that I requested a refund. He stood in the lobby and continued his phone conversation. After 10 minutes he went into the back, totally disregarding my presence. After,the third refund request, a young lady, just starting her shift, issued the refund."

"Worst customer service ever!!! After sitting at the second window waiting to get my two coffees and mcchicken while the employees were on their phone happily they handed me my drinks clearly you can see they are small, I let the employees know but they were adamant that they were medium seriously?? When it clearly has the S for SMALL and then instead of fixing the issue they had the audacity to just close the window when the issue could have been resolved so easily by changing the size I know all sizes are a dollar but thats why I asked for a medium. Employees were extremely rude for sure, do NOT recommend 100%"
