"Cashier needs to review the customer service module. Plenty reasons why folks use there phones to communicate. Check yourself when dealing with cutomers or take yourself off the floor. Was impressed with the managers attempt in redirecting her."

"Not tentative, give out wrong orders and skip over you! I waited almost 10 minutes for 1 smoothie after they either gave away my order or forgot to make it. Do better please! After giving out three other peoples order which came in after me, I had to ask about mine which you see me sitting there and fail to say ma’am what did you have.Then you finally give me the smoothie no apology or anything for the wait! Instead of being on the phone work on your customer service. Not to mention my smoothie was watery!"

"I've been a patron of smoothie king for awhile, due to the lack of one in our area, Hampton/Lovejoy I've had to travel to fayetteville to get my smoothies. Well they opened one in our area which I thought finally, however after the service and smoothies I purchased for $15.00 I'm very disappointed. One employee is up front letting another know we have customers when they came up front she made customers smoothies who came in afterwards before she made my order then she only made half my order and also the smoothies tasted terrible an its a smoothie I get all the time so they received a 1 star for slow, bad an unattentive service."
