Reviews of Chick-fil-A
"Worst chick fil an experience in 20 years. Worst service, atmosphere and food. Half menu items were not available because “no one to make”. It took 40 minutes to get our food."
"One of the worst chick fillets i've ever been too. Customer service was horrible, Food was four quality, and there was no sense of urgency. There was no leadership on the floor. The associates were more into their conversations. Then doing their job. Out of eight people only one person was working which made no sense. Again one of the worse chick fillets i've ever been too. Also one of the worst dinning rooms i've ever seen in chick fil."
"We waited more than 15 minutes. It wasnt very clean. Excelent flavour."
"Today was the worst experience I’ve had at this location. This location has always had minor issues in regards to their customer service at the counter but today was ridiculous!! I come in around 10:15am to order breakfast when I get to the counter and order the other cashier (Nakia) that was standing in the back started telling the cashiers to suddenly stop breakfast and stated their food was frozen and there was nothing that could be done. (With a heavyyyy attitude ) so then the gentleman at the counter starts asking what can they do to help and again Nakia says we aren’t doing anything order something else. So I asked for her name and she replies “why, what’s your name. What you need my name for. Do you want my Instagram too.” SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL. Even the guy beside me was like “oh wow”. I then asked for a manager , and was told “they weren’t going to get a manager. So I proceeded to order from the lunch menu. And as I waited on my food , I called corporate. In the midst of me standing to the side the girl cashier Nakia goes and gets the on duty officer to make me leave . For what reason I don’t know . The officer comes up and he was like , you aren’t doing anything so I can’t make you leave and honestly I have no reason too so he allowed me to finish calling corporate . This was even more unnecessary because I literally wasn’t doing anything !! At that point the manager came out front and asked what was going on. He was respectful , but his team not so much. It is unfortunate because I come to this location and every morning and I’ve never had exceptional service here but this by far was just TOO MUCH. I really hope this is handled sooner than later because out of every chick fil a I have been too this location by far is the worst in customer service overall. The manager ridge seemed helpful and as if he was going to address the situation but I sure hope so ! I will follow up because there are other coworkers of mine who have shared complaints about the current team that is there . By the time I left my food was cold ."
"Hmmm. I'm honestly not that pressed about fast food chains like this in general, but as I've been scrolling through the poor reviews, may as well share a few of my observations. Food was okay, although chips were a little cold for just coming out. The young lady serving me noticed my accent and then proceeded to try the British accent, which was okay at first, but as she continued it made me feel a little uncomfortable. I think it was in jest, but it could have been taken as her mocking me, so she needs to be careful with that. In fact it's best not to. If you notice an accent, either appreciate it and compliment someone if you like it or stay quiet. Do not mimic them, and repeat what they say, it's a little rude. There was a helpful young lady who offered to get us anything else we needed. It was okay, and apart from that everything seemed fine."
