"It is what it is. Line was long but moved quickly until I got to the front when all employees went on break. When someone finally took my order it didn't go on the system properly. After that 9 people standing in line behind me got their food in front of me. I finally asked an employee for my food. I was told I had already received my food. Clearly that wasn't the case. They then made my food again while I had an additional 6 people in line behind me get their food in front of me. Food was fine if a bit cold. Like I began.....it is what it is."

"their spicy chicken sandwiches were really good & were served hot as well as their french fries. the food was expensive but the server was patient when we decided to change our orders, he forgot to say my pleasure. i would recommend this place, expect to spend $10-20 per person for food at this restaurant"

"Busy airport location. They were short staffed but kept going strong. The manager was amazing to his employees and customers. He kept a positive attitude and radiated great energy for all of the employees to keep their morale up during the busy rush. He even interacted with the line of people spreading great energy and saying thank you for patience."

"The wait for food was ridiculously long. The cashier's acted like they could care less about being there. The ONLY positive, was the Managers. They were truly amazing! They worked their butts off! "I was taking a trip and was hungry from traveling and not eating. I saw this huge line and Chick-fil-A and decided to join the crowd. The formation of a crowd usually indicates the food is good. Typically, I don’t go to Chick-fil-A a lot because the lines are always long but I went today after the crowds dwindled a little. I got a chicken biscuit and a bacon-egg-cheese biscuit. Both were good but the chicken taste was unique to the signature flavor of the sandwiches served for lunch and dinner.
