"Food is good but stained with horrible costumer service! Whoever was manager on Friday afternoon 2/9/2024 was absolutely trash. I came before and order the WhatASauce, never received it, didn’t think much about it, people forget it’s fine, and I was never informed it was extra. Came in today and asked for the sauce at the window and was demanded to pay 42cents for it. I have no problem paying for sauce, but I informed her that I never received it last time in the first place. She demanded a receipt or I have to pay!! Ummmm you really gonna have a whole issue over sauce? I told her I’m good, I took the food and I was out! Not a good look for the management team, little kindness goes a long way."

"Expect a long wait in the drive through. Love that it’s open 24 hours, however it’s just your standard fast food burger. The portion is huge though, so that’s a plus."

"I had a great experience! This new location is on the next street over from my apartment. I went through the drive through early Sunday morning and the person who took my order (Shane) was very pleasant and thorough even the man who gave me my food. Everything was hot and fresh. I will be back!"

"I understand this is location just opened up, but the Management should have been more prepared! It is 20 degrees outside and you have employees outside taking orders instead of just running a normal drive through! It should NOT take over an hour to go through a drive through window! This is RIDICULOUS and an embarrassment to the "Whataburger" Franchise. I've been to several in Houston and I have never had this horrible of an experience! The Owner should be ashamed, and had more training on how to run a successful and efficient restaurant because this is not the way! Then I FINALLY get to the window to get my food, and it has HAIR in the bag of fries, so I had to pull up to the front to wait even longer for the food to be remade. And to make matters worst, some unknown person at the window has the nerve to tell me I had not waited over an hour in drive through! How the hell are you going tell me how long I've waited! I was in that line not you! I finally get the food and the fries are clearly made in old Grease and taste nothing like they should! This is first and LAST time I will ever come to this location! HORRIBLE SERVICE!!"

"Grand opening day - tuesday jan 16th . There was a long line which was understandable but the staff are a little slow and the food was taking extremely long. They also messed up my burger toppings as well and had me confused with another customer. Overall, a solid burger but maybe better training on staff to handle the volume!"
