"This was the worst Chick-fil-A experience of my entire 31 years of life. I was there on 1/9/24 around 6:50pm, and I got a chicken sandwich meal with fries. The fries were floppy, soft, and lukewarm. I asked for no pickles on my sandwich, and my sandwich had extra pickles. I really don’t like pickles. I cried when I opened my sandwich because I picked dinner up between my full-time education job and my second job and was very hungry, only to be greatly disappointed by both the fries and my sandwich. I was left with just soggy fries for dinner. Please do better Chick-fil-a."

"This Chick-fil-A was a bit underwhelming compared to what I'm used to. The order takers in the drive-thru were dismissive and seemed like they hated to be there and after ordering a Spicy Chicken Sandwich Meal, fries, and nuggets- I only got the Fries and nuggets. I'm not going to raise cain over it, but I was dissatisfied."

"This Chick-Fil-A always gets my order right. I have never had my meal messed up here and that is more than I can say for other fast food restaurants. I like that they have the mobile order lane however I wish they had the mobile parking spots and I am not a fan of the fact that they don’t have a lobby. This location tends to be a bit full traffic wise in the parking lot which means you normally need to park in the nearby shopping mall to eat."
