"The service here was phenomenal. I was there December 1,2023, the Friday evening shift gave great service, very polite and quick. The store was clean and the food was fresh. Special shot out to the manager Charles. He was working side by side with with his employees. They all went over beyond to make sure A1 service. We need more excellent customer service like this. Thank you Franklin Gateway, Delk road."

"I walked into this location that used to frequented by me and or my co workers and inquired about the advertised chicken biscuit offered to Veterans and with the most disgusting look and response from manger....was told absolutely not! I have shared this experience with my coworkers who stand in solidarity with me in NEVER patronizing this location again. It is such a pity since our Office is located approximately 200 yards from the location. I intend to also share this experience with everyone in the office park that I know and everyone personally and professionally that I know....to not patronize this non patriotic establishment."

"Omg what’s up with this place. Pulled into the parking lot, went inside, and no one was anywhere to be found!! No side items out, only some chicken. I stood for a few minutes, looked around and nothing!!! Are you ACTUALLY open??? Thanks for wasting my time!"

"I walk in, and immediately one of the employees hits me with a racial microagression. He apologized, but what an uncomfortable way to treat a customer right as they walk into the door. One of the other employees fortunately noticed and saved me from having to continue to try to tell the first guy why what he did was disrespectful by quickly taking my order and apologizing. Shoutouts to that second guy. Anyway, the food was good, and prepared quickly. I really liked the egg & cheese biscuit and the mac & cheese. The green beans, on the other hand, were bland and boiled within an inch of its life, but I've had similarly prepared green beans at other Southern style restaurants, so maybe that's normal?"

"The chicken and the fries were good. Not bad but nothing special. However, the biscuits are likely the best biscuits I have ever had! Unfortunately, my biggest complaint is with the service. The wait was forever long. When we finally got our food, we were shorted on everything. They didn’t fill our fries up all the way and they only gave us 2 fries when we ordered 3. Also, we only received 10 chicken strips and we order 12. Also, we only received 4 biscuits when we order 6. Then, they never gave us our 1/2 gallon of sweet tea. Overall, the food was good (which is why I gave it 4 stars); however, the service was terrible."
