"Prices advertised on their website need to be updated. Everything is $3-5 more than online. Vegan burger was cold. Not worth $10. I paid extra for gluten free bread, as well as avocado. They had neither. Plus, according to the kitchen staff, they've never had avocado and they don't know why it's on the menu...... I do not recommend!"

"Service was friendly and great. The food was akin to something you'd get at a HS football game. The burgers were subpar, over cooked and not worth the price. I don't know how this place is still in business. The last place that was here was great. I don't know why they changed and now almost every food place is owned by the same company. They need better choices and selection. Added, I think some the 4/5 stars are paid actors. There's no way the food is 5 stars. There are more negative reviews than positive and all the negative ones say the exact same thing. Go to Marlow's across the street or Five Guys or even McDonald's is better!"

"What an absolutely terrible place! The food was cold, poorly cooked, and the employee making the food wouldn't acknowledge customers trying to pick up food. The food just sat there getting cold because the heat lamp wasn't on and there was a fan blowing on the food while the unresponsive employee refused to acknowledge customers picking up food. This location would be better served by a vending machine completely replacing the single employee because the service was THAT bad. Go anywhere else other than the food court to get food at the mall."

"Turkey burger was amazing!!! Fries were hot and fresh. Even though they were extremely busy everyone had a smile on their face, and the customer service we received was superb!!! Definitely recommend"

"Let me just start by saying the bun IS NOT included in the price. Take that $6.99 price and add $2, unless you want a lettuce wrap for .99cents. now that the bun fiasco is out of the way, let's talk flavor. The most flavorful part of this burger is the bun! Patty was like a piece of rubber. Tomato tasted especially awful. Should've left when no one was at the register for 10 minutes. 0/5 would never come here again. All these raving reviews also don't seem legit."
