"I ordered the $10.99 special....all dark. I paid for my food in the drive thru...our server looked angry. We received our food didn't think any thing of not receiving All Dark... We received a mixture of chicken, including white pieces. That is not what I ordered and didn't think that wouldn't be in my box... very disappointing"
"**10/21/2023 update** I decided I wanted to give them another try today and lucky I went in and this Popeyes has some serious mal food safety practices. I watched the guy working the front register and pack orders build a sandwich with his bare hands! This is insane. Manager walking around with not a care in the world running the place to the ground. Also they have Halloween decorations hanging off the fire suppression sprinkler which is a major fire code violation. I swear… they will make you wait for everything. Everything I tell you. I had never had food handed out to me through the window when I pull up. It’s always pull up and park to wait. Like come on yall get it together."
"Didn’t have legs, took five minutes to even answer the drive thru box, and I don’t even know what this is...cause it’s definitely not red beans and rice. And my Apple pie was stone cold. I don’t think it was made today. The lady almost gave me someone else’s drink. This place outta be ashamed of themselves. I feel robbed honestly. Never going to this location again. With this type of service, they’ll be out of business sooner rather than later."
