"I place a mobile order and once it was place it said 5-8 mins. I get there and it’s not in the pickup area. I had arrived ten mins after the time they estimated. The team had sense of urgency. On another occasion I place two salads on the app. Went through the drive thru line once I got my food I check my food and sure enough they did put my dressing or toppings for one of my salads."

"The only issue is crossing the busy street to get into the car line. Have always had good service & food. Oh BTW the BEST Lemonade of any place including hi end restaurants. Love it. P.S doggie treats too!"

"The food has really changed, I can't understand why there are groves of lines. Prices are outrageous The chicken nuggets were very salty. The chicken noodles soup bowl has shrunk plus it didn't have much taste. The fresh lemonade where is the pulp, tasted like it came from a box. The caramel shake was the best To bad it only comes in one size. The inside was packed. There's got to be an easier way to get your food on the inside."

"I am disgusted and traumatized from my last experience here. I started to bite into an over cooked regular chicken sandwich (no not spicy) then to realize there is a chunk on RAW chicken sitting in the sandwich. How could this happen !? Immediately contacted the location but has still heard nothing back about this !"

"Ordered the spicy chicken deluxe for myself and it was good! Similar to other locations. I placed my order through the app to pick up to avoid the drive thru lines this place normally gets. The dining lobby is currently closed, so only to go orders for the time being. Employees are masked up. Customers are free to wear a mask or not while waiting for their order. Took about 2 minutes to get my food out the lobby once the app said it was ready. They had it labeled wrong and thought it was for a delivery service instead of carry out. No problems there."
