"Receptionist is very rude! I walked in and had an appointment at 3, she informed me that I had to go to Quest Diagnostic which I didn't know. She immediately was very nasty. I don't understand why they have a rude Receptionist working at the front desk and people are going in for lab work."
"I was very skeptical after reading the reviews, yet I decided to go ahead and go. Check in was on your personal phone which is very convenient. My appointment was at 3pm for a pre employment drug test. I was called back within 15 minutes. I was offered water from the receptionist (which was unexpected bc most places you have to ask). My technician Nicole was wonderful with communication & LaQueena was great as well. I would definitely come back if I ever need to again! Thanks guys for GREAT customer service!!"
