"Breakfast was 6 bucks and some change, they do offer military discount so mine would of been less but compare this to what McDonald's is charging and its almost half price for more food at Jack's. Jacks is the better deal for sure if you are on a high protein low carb or keto diet as far as breakfast goes."

"Arrived at 7:55 pm and had no line to wait in to place my order. Was told chicken for sandwiches would take 7 mins. Got my food at 8:25. Literally came here instead of the Mexican restaurant because it’s “fast” food. A friend of one of the workers is actually who kept telling them that I had been waiting awhile. No apologies for my wait or anything. No one cared. Will never go back. Worst Jacks experience ever!"

"absolutely the worst service I have ever experienced, when I ordered I asked them if they had an item they told me yes, I waited 15 minutes after that just to be told that they had to make some more of the item it would be 10 minutes, I said that’s fine so I waited an additional 20 minutes to be told they couldn’t get the can open, they offered me something else for the second time so I swapped items, then after that I waited another 45 minutes to get my food and none of it had to be cooked. Worst experience ever they definitely do not have their stuff together. Also the manager was super rude and told me I should ashamed of getting upset. I have not been back to this location since."

"I never get my food the way I ordered. I ask for an egg, cheese, bacon ( extra crispy bacon, NO Mayonnaise) sandwich, what do I get—-a sandwich with mayonnaise and bacon not crispy. My husband goes to get burgers, he had to go back in because the order wasn’t right. They said they were sorry and gave him the sandwich back, he comes home, no fries in the bag, the burgers were not as ordered. One had lettuce which was not like he wanted, mine had a ton of mayonnaise, no Jack’s sauce, two small strips of lettuce, and not a pickle on either burger. I can not have mayonnaise. This was no where near a one time thing, it happens 9 out of 10 times we order from Jack’s. I am never going back to the Alexandria Jack’s again. They should have better employees before they remodeled. Only the building changed, not the service!!! I do not recommend going there, plus the fact your order will be wrong!"
