"I’m not sure why this Bojangles does not have regular gravy, and only sausage gravy, and why the mashed potatoes are like soup, and the biscuits seemed as if they were put in a cast-iron skillet with butter in the bottom to make them crispy. They were just different than other Bojangles restaurants. BUT, the staff and service were incredible. Also, looking through the drive thru window you could see everything was clean and organized and everyone was wearing gloves. That is so rare this day and age at a fast food restaurant. I super appreciate the people who work there, the quality of the food —not so much."

"The food was great so they're doing something right! The service wasn't so good. They seemed to be apathic about getting everyone's food out. There was quite a wait and staff we're goofing off and didn't seem to care about it. Seemed like they were just ignoring the fact that people were standing around waiting for them to plate or bag the food and give it to them. Cooks did a great job though!"

"This particular store has gone downhill hard in the last 2-3 years. Wait times are ridiculous. Workers are rude and some act like idiots. Constantly out of things such as chicken. CHICKEN! Served cold coffee once. My last time here I received a raw chicken biscuit. Emailed corporate and got no response. Also didn't like seeing plumber's butt Crack at the drive-thru. They need to tell their employees to dress properly or go home."

"Well..here we are again. This place was getting better after my last review a few years ago…but now we’re back to this. Do better. These biscuits aren’t cheap. It’s not right. You all ought to be ashamed. If you can’t handle putting a biscuit together, you need to take the day off or find a different line of work. Plain and simple. Do better. Be better. Think about other people for a change. There’s literally no excuse for this. Some of you, I’m sure, will read this review and think “It’s just one biscuit what’s the big deal?” And that, my friends, is the problem. For the record, this is *supposed* to be a bacon, egg and cheese. We seem to be missing some key ingredients here."

"I am the last guy to EVER leave a bad review but people need to be warned about negligence like this. The staff were very nice but I now have food poisoning. After scarfing down 1 of my supremes today I thought something was off and I pulled another one open and to my horror the chicken is RAW. They’re all pink squishy raw inside. I love bojangles but stuff like this can put people in the hospital. Beyond disappointing and I’ll never be back."
