"Wait is incredibly long with not even enough seating for all of the people in that cramped waiting room. As I’d seen in another person’s review, there is absolutely no privacy. Plus, one day during the icy weather they cancelled everyone’s appointments with no courtesy call. Supposedly it was on the news but that didn’t help when it came to the groups of people waiting by the door for a ride back home."

"Phenomenal experience, starting with their acceptance of walk-ins, which I was. Got registered and x-rayed in about 50 minutes--and then my doctor received the radiology report less than an hour later! Every staff member was courteous, cheerful, and very capable. They and Management are the model of what Healthcare should be everywhere."

"Only reason they get a star was the girls up front was sweet a polite . But my husband had an order to get an xray done on his back by his doctor we called 5 times and was told to call back as the order wasn’t there . We finally just showed up and was told that after the first of the month they didn’t take his insurance anymore and we had to go to the hospital next door to get it done . So a simple call would have been nice so when he went back to his doctors they would have had the X-rays in hand to see what the issue was now we have to wait another month ."

"I waited over an hour and half with at least 30 other people in a small waiting area. Was quoted one price for self pay at schedule time. When I checked in that price went up $150. There was no privacy. Everyone in the waiting area heard my conversation. I was told at tge time of ct scan results would be back in 48 hours. Yes their computers were hi jacked but they new that when they told me 48 hours for results. I ended up calling twice to get results faxed to my doctor. So unprofessional. I'll never be back"

"I arrived at 12:30 for a 1 p.m. mammography and a bone density scan to be done as well. I didn’t get out of there until 2 p.m. i think it could have gone a bit faster. The wait time to get checked in was fast but there was one woman waiting with imaging orders submitted by a doctor who got tired of waiting and left. The waiting room was jam packed. Might help to not make too many for same imaging at same time."
