"Terrible experience. The food was wrong (only two other cars in the drive thru at the time) and person at the window was not polite and absolutely dismissive."

"I haven’t eaten at checkers in a couple of years. But I’ve always liked their chili dogs so I went to checkers and East Ridge, Tennessee today. Got a couple of chili dogs with no ketchup and fries. I was very disappointed. It was nothing like I remembered took about three bites of the chili dog. The hotdog tasted like it was cooked or boiled early this morning and the chili had a weird wang to it. That immediately soured on my stomach, so I threw the other hotdog away and the remaining bit of Chili dog that I had eaten it went in the garbage as well. Food quality was awful. The fries tasted like they were fried at lunchtime and this was 315 when I went by there. so needless to say, I just threw my money away. I will never go back. Just a heads up for everyone out there judge for yourself."

"I wish we had one closer, but I'd about drive 45 minutes just to grab a burger and fries here! While other fast food places seem to be raising prices and dropping quality, Checkers is still the best burger & fries I've had in months"

"I called them about my sandwich the man who answered the phone told me there was no way my sandwich was messed up because they cook all doordash orders “cook to order”!!! I asked can it be replaced and was told no smh"

"My family and I have eaten at other fast food places , but just recently we have tried checkers and compared to like Burger King and McDonald’s! Checkers is awesome, the fries , milk shakes, chicken fingers , pop corn chicken just to name a few, by far are fantastic, the flavor is great! It has been fresh , we have gotten our food in just minutes!!! My family and I are very impressed!!! Keep up the good work!!"
