"I went there around midnight, to the drive thru, the lady, at the window was very nice, and the Krystals were fresh, so fresh they almost melted in my mouth, that's fresh. I'd go back in a dadgum heartbeat."

"Fries were ok ,7 krystals were great,ordered 4 spicy chicks...one was good and fresh other 3 inedible and literally hard as rocks..Person at drive thru window never greeted me or said anything during transaction from beginning until the end."

"The small crystals were not that good. I don't like being negative but to review you have to be honest so ok they didn't have anything on them. No onion no pickle no musturd. Not good for me. Otherwise I like Krystal's. One bad night won't keep me from going back!"

"Went to crystal's last night with my friend and we ordered sack crystals and however the amount that was told to us was not the amount on the receipt thankfully we paid with the card so we didn't get robbed for any extra money. The lady was rude and the employees were not following the health code. I really doubt I will give them my business again nor will I recommend them ever"

"Krystal’s food and service is great , but what’s not great is the price. If you want a sack of 12 crystals 2 drinks fries and 2 chiks, prepare to pay 40$. Wasn’t aware that Krystal’s is having customers pay a service charge on their credit card machine but if you’re paying with a card be prepared for a service charge."
