"they can call to confirm the payment that they’ll be taking from you but they can’t let you know what IMPORTANT documents to also bring to have those test complete. (even though the oncologist already faxed over those orders not once but twice) And then they’ll hold your money you’ve already paid for the test to be complete and send you on your way :) and then schedule you to arrive at 7:30 when they don’t even open til 8… just to tell you they’re systems are down :) My mom is 70 and just diagnosed with cancer and everyone seems to act like their job is a joke there."

"I have been in severe pain since mid-July in my right knee. My orthopedic specialist suspects a torn medial meniscus that cannot repair itself without surgery. I have been desperately needing this MRI. On 9/30, about 2 weeks after my physician ordered the MRI, Chattanooga Imaging calls me and schedules me for the Gunbarrel location on 10/4. I go to that appointment right on time, pay the $404, and remove all of my compression, get dressed in the gown, style onto the MRI table and we begin. Not 5 min in, they stop and ask me my weight. I tell them, confused since they asked me on the phone and I wrote it on my paperwork. They tell me we have to stop because I exceed their weight limit, and that somebody had written ny weight down incorrectly. They will have to reschedule me for Ooltewah. So this AM, on 10/6, I get to the Ooltewah location for my appt and am told I have no appt. What? I take out my appointment card to prove I'm not mistaken and they proceed to reschedule me for the CLEVELAND location next week on 10/14. I am in pain. I am battling a chronic disease, advanced lipedema aka lipo-lymphedema, and I've needed this MRI done already. They took my money and have done nothing but wasted my time, gasoline, and caused aggravation. I am absolutely fed up with these people and really don't appreciate the unwillingness of the staff to recognize their mistakes and actually get this done. Left a message for their client relations person. Am not expecting much."
