"I went through the drive thru Tuesday evening. When I pulled to the window and gave Dennis my card he tried it several times but it wouldn’t work. I asked if they took checks and he said I’m sorry but we don’t. He didn’t hesitate and handed me my food without me paying for it. I was so surprised! I said what do I need to do? He said if you’re passing and can come by and pay fine if not don’t worry about it. I think Dennis is the manager but he was working the drive thru. I don’t know of many places that would do that. We need more people like Dennis!"

"By far the worse jacks I've ever been to. You would think your walking into a nursing home. Not only did getting my food take forever, it was also horrible."

"My burger was not good. It usually is very good, but not that day. People were really nice and we got through the drive thru quickly."

"We love jacks! Eat there weekly. Last week they were out of taters (no issue). BUT my 2pc fried chicken dinner came with a wing and a leg. Not the usual breast and wing or leg. That was not equivalent to the price. The serving on my husband chicken fried steak was half the normal amount. Disappointed but will go back."

"This is the third time I've been to this particular Jack's and left disappointed again. I normally love this chain, but this one seriously needs a refresher course in public service. I didn't even order food this time after waiting in line for 20 minutes just to watch the cashier "mosey" away to make drinks. I always understand when a place is slammed, but they could at least hustle a bit! Or smile and offer an apology... something!"
