"Burger is delicious. Fries are good with similar taste to McDonald’s."
"The manager at the drive-through window was very rude. I had two orders she would not take both of my cards. She charged all of them to one of my friends cards for no reason I had two orders, so therefore there was two payment methods. I wanted to add sauce to my order, and she made a nasty face at me and denied me paying on my card."
"The service is great especially late at night. A lot of people complain about the food taking too long but it was actually really quick compared to other food joints that are already short staff. We had an awesome experience with an employee with some awesome tattoos and a Mohawk who was super friendly and patient with us as we ordered. I come from Hawaii, the land of Aloha, where friendliness and kindness can be a common thing but even the service that me and my fiance experienced while here, is way better than Hawaii."
"There was only 1 other person here, we waited a while (assuming food is being cooked to order) and our food was cold and OLD. The burger was suppose to have grilled onions and I found 1 singular tiny piece of a grilled onion."
"It's new. I get the hype, but once you pull into the drive-through lanes, you CAN NEVER LEAVE without staying in that line to the end. So, let's say you get in line, not realizing how long it's actually going to take. You are blocked in without any option to leave. There are concrete curbs in place preventing any kind of exit. This is a design flaw, and I believe it should be reconsidered. Overall, the time sitting in the drive-through line was about 45 minutes. Yes. They are new. No. I would not have stayed in the line that long. Yes. It should have been an option to leave. The food was excellent, hot, good portion, and prepared as it was ordered."
