"If you're looking for a clean, professional, organized, trustworthy doctor, staff, and facility, this is absolutely NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU!! This place is seriously lacking in professionalism. It is not clean, no one looks clean or professional, or like they're supposed to work there. They do not keep up with appointments, records or lab work. They aren't concerned about privacy, I had to walk down the hall carrying my urine sample into a room where there were several people (couldn't tell who were other patients and who were employees) to drop it off. After 3 weeks they attempted to yet again blame the lab for being slow and not having my results ready, however when I let them know it had been over three weeks, suddenly all it took was a phone call and they were faxed right over. They attempted to up sell some of their "programs" while I was there for my appointment. I was put on a new medication I had asked for, however they didn't put any refills on it, and I have had to call three times so far requesting it to be filled or faxed to my pharmacy and still no results. I am now out of the medicine and they still have not followed through. Worst example of a medical office I have ever experienced!! A trip to our veterinarian would have been more thorough and more respectable than this joke of a place!!"

"I agree dr haikel was an exemplary man. He actually cared about his patients. Dr. Kaulou is another story. After Dr. Haikel passed I was forced into seeing Kaulou. It’s obvious he doesn’t care about you from the moment you meet him. Recently he quit accepting my insurance without telling me. I showed up for my last appointment, and after waiting over two hours his staff tells me that my insurance is no longer accepted and if I want to be seen I must pay cash. When I asked to talk to Dr. Kallou I could hear him say that he will not see me unless I payed $160. Let me explain to you that my medicine ( or lack of) can make me very sick if taken off abruptly. He didn’t care, and didn’t blink an eye lash to not see me. Legally, there is nothing to do because it’s up to him how he wants to run his affairs. But I’m pretty sure that the doctors oath states that he will not cause harm. Obviously it doesn’t mean anything to this doctor. I strongly urge anyone reeding this to think twice before going to this “Dr”. All he’s here for is to make money from our suffering."

"Dr. Haikal has passed away recently. I felt bad I never reviewed him. He was the best Doctor I've had in my 60 years on Earth. Not just a Doctor, but a friend. I loved that man. I doubt I'll ever have another doctor who cared as much as him."
