"I took in a pair of boots that were tight on my calf. Just needed some elastic added by the zipper to make them not so snug when zipped up. He didnt listen to me. Some how he managed to get a 5 inch measurement telling me i needed 5 inches added to the boot shaft. Then, he decided he didnt have enough elastic anyway and i took my boots and walked out. I gave him 2 stars for taking his time when i wont be giving him my business, ever."
