"Mr appliance came to diagnose my dryer making a loud noise. They were in and out quickly and charged me $95 and told me all 5 roller wheels needed replaced and it would cost $800 to fix it. I got a second opinion and watched as he took apart my dryer, it had not even been dismantled to diagnose two days before. The roller wheels were perfectly in tact. The blower wheel was cracked and replaced quickly for less than half the price. I do not trust this service and will never be using them again. ..... Update. Mr Appliance kindly refunded my service fee and offered an apology."

They COMMUNICATE with you regarding your appointment, (via texting reminders, including a pic of the service person) they SHOW UP on time, and in a CLEAN and PROFESSIONAL looking vehicle and uniform. They FIXED my appliance issues. Their RATES seem fair! Highly recommend based on my experience. Will be a REPEAT customer if needed."

"If I could give zero stars I would. I had a repair man come evaluate what was wrong with my washer. He said it was power board. He comes and puts my power board in a week later, needs another part. He comes back 2 days later and blows up the power board and breaks the new latch for the lid. No one gives me a follow up call, apologizes, or offers to fix my washer 2 weeks later. I am actually in shock no one reached out to me. Just left me with a broken washer and didn't care at all. Absolutely horrible business. I was nothing but nice and it for me nowhere. And don't say you don't have a customer by my name, my google name is diff. And my last name is Bridges."

"This is the second time I have used this company and both times the experience was fantastic. Appointment was made very quickly with a friendly staff person. Email was received confirming the date and time window for the appt and also a picture of the technician. The tech showed up as scheduled, very professional and knowledgeable. It was determined what our issue was, a part was ordered and tech returned as scheduled to repair. Just an overall outstanding experience and I wish other companies operated as Mr. Appliance! Keep up the fantastic job guys!"
