"Southside store have very poor customer service the manager can never help with anything I wanted some meat cut up and asked the Butcher and he did not want to serve me so I got the manager and he told me there’s nothing he can do. I always have problems when I go to this store they need to offer a professional training class for the manager and the Butcher. The cashiers are more professionals."

"They advertised Alaskan KingCrab Claws on sale.I called to make sure they had them in stock After being on hold 15minutes I was told yes! I drove over immediately and they're weren't any. "Tomorrow when truck comes ...called the following day yes they came in! No they received snow crab Manager stated she didn't like crab anyway. Obviously didn't care about issues. Very disappointing Piggly Wiggly responded saying they wanted to discuss this with me. I wrote the store and have not heard back must have been for show not sincere..."

"I was skeptical at first, but once I visited the store, I was amazed by the selection and how well it was stocked. The store was very clean and the employees were very helpful and friendly. I've been their on numerous occasions, and the atmosphere is the same, and the price is cheaper than the bigger brand grocery store. I highly recommend this store to grocery shop."

"New location from across Monroe. The store is hard to get in and out or at front. A real fire hazard entrance. The store was high-priced. Thanksgiving Turkey was $1.55 while other stores were $1.10 to $1.30 for name-brand turkeys. The old store was easier to get around in. It was better stocked. Thus metro store should only be used for convince and hard to find items."
