"The Jamaican cashier, not sure of her name but I know it starts with an O, really needs to be fired and arrested. She had a full blown argument with a customer in front my twin children and a long line of customers with their children. The kids were scared because she was cussing and threatining the lady. That is not professional. And her rudeness is ridiculous. This is an ongoing issue with her. I've also seen her bully the other co workers. Go some where else for decent service"

"This family dollar kicked my service dog out. Said he wasn't allowed in there. I have to have my service dog with me. He is my emotional support dog. I was disgusted with the I guess the manger. My service dog is allowed in all stores. I will never go back to that store"

"Store is never open on time. The door say 8 even when you call for the store hours it say 8a.m I been sitting out here for 20 minutes and no one is here to open the door"

"They need to clean this place up! Fast forward a month later and several attempts to help with the issue the store premises is still a mess it's even more of an outrage now. I asked the employee to speak with the manager about the issue and the employee informed me that the manager won't hire anyone to clean it because they expect to get paid and she isn't paying anyone to clean the premises. The employee called the manager they shared a sneaky lil giggle which I have on video and informed me that the employees are supposed to clean it up. It is unfair to the members of the community to have to live like this, someone needs to be held accountable for the trash at the businesses in this community. When will they care about the people who put millions of dollars in their pockets every year. I've reached out to management and corporate about the issue. They don't care but I will keep calling and complaining... The next call is to the city of Macon to show them all the photos and video o have of the grounds and employees who think it's funny and ok to trash the community. Yes! Y'all the ladies from rocky creek are over this one now and y'all I seen the difference from outside they really have gotten it together! It's a better outlook on the community. People don't realize how the business they own or manage reflects the people of the community... I couldn't take picture due to my phone being almost dead but they did a bang up job y'all Mrs Deb and Mrs Felicia did that and I'm so happy and so very proud of them and grateful for their hard work.. way to go ladies! Mrs. Kita the new manager is the bees knees!"

"The worst family dollar I have ever been to. Filthy inside and outside. And the cashier was the most rude, unprofessional cashier I've ever dealt with. She was being so loud. Talking dirty to every man that came in. Cussing loud. Then so rude when I went to check out. Eating and drinking her lunch while she ringing me up. Didn't even speak. Or even hand me my receipt. I said thank you and was just ready to get out of there. She rolled her eyes and didn't even respond. Definitely need to clean that place up and get rid of that prostituting cashier."
