"Jekeria (I believe that is how you spell her name) was extremely rude and condescending. I can’t imagine how someone like that would be appointed store manager and in charge of dealing with customers. I will be reporting her to the store manager and will go up as far as possible to share my experience with her. I participate in secret shopping and deal with store clerks and managers all of the time and have never deal with a “manager” like her. She was rude, condescending, and threatening. The rest of my experience I will be sharing with corporate once I reach them."

"Poor customer service with attitude and unwarranted feedback. The person couldn't even wait until I left the store. It's not the fault of a shopper that the prices in the are wrong. There's two ways to fix it: Correct the prices or price adjustment. Overall, simply do your job."

"I wish I can give you a zero star cuz the customer service that you have at this establishment was poorly I got here today and March 21st 2021 at 9:15 p.m. your doors were locked. So I called The Establishment and a lady picked up and she said we're closed. I told her that Google said that you are open until 10:00 she repeated we're closed bad customer service that's what I call I work at a restaurant if we was to close an hour early we will get automatic termination by email. So you need to tighten up your staff or you'll get a lot more complaints this day forward from me."
