"I Got there at 210 after we recieved a message telling us our prescription was ready for pickup. The sign posted on their drive through and indoor pharmacy said they'd be back at 230 after their lunch, so I figured I'd wait in my car, driving up to the drive through window at 230. At 230 someone behind the closed windows was walking around but no one opened up the pharmacy until 236 (only 6 min late but come on). After opening the windows, the single person in the pharmacy did not acknowledge any of the customers waiting in the now long line or in the drive through. At 240 she finally opened the window said sorry, we'll be right with you. @245 she finally took my order but then told me my order actually hadn't been filled (despite the email saying otherwise) and asked if I could come back the next day. I told her I'd been waiting for almost 45 min and had a flight later that night- she asked me to come in and she'd try to help out. When I approached the counter inside, I noticed the rest of the employees had finally returned and there were now 3 women behind the counter and I walked up just in time to hear one of them telling the lady helping me, "I'm not going to help and if I were you I wouldn't help him at all, is he doing anything for you? No? Then I wouldn't do anything extra for him". This coming from the lady that had already arrived almost 15 min later than their posted hours. I never post reviews because I just don't care enough, but this experience was by far the worst I've had at any pharmacy. The post pharmacy has made me wait for 90 min plus before, but at least they were cordial to the waiting customers. This pharmacy was by far the worst I've ever been to and I would recommend driving 10 15 min elsewhere to pick up any prescription."

"The pharmacy customer service is horrible. I literally sat at the drive thru window looking at shadows moving around on the inside for 47 mins then I just drove off. I can’t get anyone to answer phones to get my prescriptions transferred to another pharmacy. You have to literally call the store itself to get a store manager to walk to pharmacy to tell someone to pickup phone. After doing so, finally talking to pharmacy when pharmacy tech JR says there’s no pharmacist on duty at this time just techs..Was told this on 10/22/22 at 2:14 pm. Will never get my business again as long as I breathe(PERIOD)"

"Always in the drive-thru for 53 minutes or longer. The techs lack knowledge of their system and insurance. Why is the drive-thru so slow?? Everyone not lazy. Some people are actually disabled and don’t have the luxury of walking into the store The wait time is RIDICULOUS"

"First of all, I waited on the phone for 45 minutes one day to speak to a Pharmacist about a insurance issue which I never got ahold of them so I said I will call the next day. The next day I was 25 minutes into waiting so I said I will just drive there. 10 minutes into driving there they finally answered. They are extremely kind when they answer and helpful but the wait time is crazy. Now I’m here to pick up my medicine and have been waiting 40 minutes with a long line building behind me. I’m guessing understaffed."

"If I am reading correctly this location is open from 9am to 9pm on Sundays to include photos. Why did the lady tell me that photos was closed at 6:30pm? Why could she not go over there and get my photos out the bucket? I picked this Walgreens because it was near where I was traveling on Sunday. I have been picking up photos from Walgreens for about 15 years. The photo section has NEVER been closed."
