"Not sure what is going on but the last 3 times I have done a pick up order for jello parfeits. I have received sugar free jello cups. They look nothing alike. Also I have been charged for more items than I ordered. I ordered 1 ranch dressing but was charged for 2. I need Kroger to get it right."
"Decent selection and prices. However, I have now been there twice when no checkout lines were open, only self-checkout. If I only have a couple of items this would be ok, but not with a full buggy. One of these times an employee was too busy on her phone to help with an item that wasn't scanning correctly."
"Was surprising a family member with a gift of flowers after some very bad news and I can't even begin to express how helpful they were! The florist wasn't even in when I called but Dave picked up. I explained the situation and he was like, just come in, I've got you bro! Was absolutely outstanding and he helped me build the perfect arrangement for them! He completely embodied every value that good customer service should have and I can't thank the kroger crew enough!!"
"David in produce was extremely rude and condescending when I pointed out that most of the produce was rotten, literally rotten except the tomatoes and bananas. He proceeded to pull out a huge pocket knife that looked like a switchblade. Slung it open in my direction and sliced open a rotten gooey onion and shoved in right up to my face within inches and declared " see it's not rotten, you don't know what you're talking about"... let me tell you I counted to 10 and asked Jesus to take the wheel. It was all I could do to keep from exploding on him. I said if you can't tell that's rotten then you need to be pushing carts. What a jerk-wad. Needless to say we had to cut our shopping short to hurry to sams club to get some produce before they closed. David sent Michael to the back to retrieve "fresh purple onions". I came over to get one and asked Michael if they were better... he was honest and said no, sir, they look the same. In fact they were rotten as well. Whoever is ordering needs to learn how to order and look at trends and vs last year's trends and adjust weekly. It's called a job for a reason. Customer service lady was very nice and so was the guy that exchanged my propane tank. Great price on propane exchange compared to the other businesses in the area."
"Really disappointed this trip! Not one live cashier to be found! See picture, all were dark and vacant. Only 6 self serve checkouts and all were in use with 4 patrons in line, (myself included). I am new to the area and thought it would be fun but I am going back to Publix, (up the street), and Ingles, (around the corner). There is nothing Kroger has that they don't. Ingles has gas as well. I like having a smiling face to talk to at checkout."
