"Very disappointed in this company's service. Called last week to arrange someone to come out and inspect and service our ovens. They said they would be there Monday. Well, we waited all day - no call, never showed up. So we called them back - they said they would not be coming - no apology, no explanation - nothing. We do understand the issue with the virus, but the lock-down does not start until tonight and they could have at least called and explained themselves...terribly disappointing to experience this. Update: Having seen the owners response, we believe we are completely justified in the poor review. 1. We are not from O'Betty's Red Hot (and how it was concluded we were is beyond me). 2. We were from a church (church camp) in Bartlet, OH. 3. Eventually after an apology someone from Hobart did show up to inspect our machine, which was pronounced "it is too old, nothing can be done to fix it." Please sir, do not denigrate a poor review 30 days after the fact because an employee could not remember a conversation, then cast suspicion on the review because of faulty information (o' Betty's Red Hot). The poor review stands."
