Reviews
"I've never experienced such a slow, rude, and unhelpful pharmacy as this CVS. I only suffer this place since Kroger stopped taking my garbage insurance. Avoid this place if you can."
"This place is always severely understaffed. Everything takes forever and the staff are clearly stressed and overwhelmed no matter what time of the day you go in. Every time i'm there, they have the same tech doing drive-thru AND store service at the same time like it's an effing McDonalds. If you try to call, they either don't pick up the phone or they're so busy in the store that they can barely help you. It's genuinely sad to see healthcare in such a state."
"I had a prescription filled with expired medication. I went back to bring it to their attention and they refilled it with more expired medication! Then I was told they didn't have any available medication in stock. All of this happened the same day. This was a controlled substance, so how it happened is neglectful at best. Luckily the pills were still in the manufacturer's blister packs, otherwise I never would have know since the expiration date on the CVS label was different. I was given no real answer as to how the mistake occurred twice in the same day back to back, or as to why the pharmacy label had a different expiration date. Luckily this wasn't a drug that could've been life threatening if taken when expired. Thank God it wasn't something like insulin or an anti-seizure med. I have zero faith in any of the pharmacists' or techs' attention to detail and am also not entirely convinced that something illegal didn't happen with their inventory/record keeping."
"This is the WORST CVS! I don't know what is wrong with the pharmacy at this location. It takes days to get a prescription! I have had my doctors call in Rx on many occasions, and it will take them sometimes more than 6 hours to fill the prescription. I am talking about simple allergy and antibiotics. Customers stand at the counter, while the staff say nothing. They appear to be disorganized and slow!!! This place is getting worse. I am going to have to find a new pharmacy. Do Better CVS!!"
