"I had hired Michael Waller ( C&S Construction ) to build a two car garage with bedrooms and bathroom above. He had lied to the building official about the bedrooms upstairs so didn’t obtain the correct permit. He was later fined by the DPOR for that. I came home to a single 16’ garage door layout. They had to remove and replace block for the two garage doors, installed a broken window and never replaced it. I had purchased $30k in Hardie siding they they didn’t install correctly, (I have a home inspection to prove) now my warranty is void on that, I had so much water damage that they had to replace some osb that had pulled away from the studs, the whole upstairs floor is unlevel, the beams that were installed to support the top floor were never secured. I can go on and on. I wish someone would have told me what I was getting into. I had read the reviews and noticed just small jobs as replacing a countertop & remodeling a bathroom but please beware of what you actually get on something more than installing a toilet. Their website is so misleading bc it’s not of their actual work. I’ve attached pics of their actual work. I wouldn’t hire these guys to build a dog house unless you don’t mind going behind them and fixing everything while picking up cigarette butts out of your yard for weeks. The worst experience of mine and my family’s & now we’re the ones suffering for it."

"C & S Construction is by far the most amazing construction company. The guys did an amazing job of installing our kitchen cabinets and the backsplash. Opie and Christian are the most polite and super installers that I have seen by far. The ladies in the office are excellent and very professional. I would recommend this company to do all your building work. Great job!!!!"

"Mike and crew built 3 homes for me this year. We started with another home that was built that he had to go in and completely remodel. All of these projects were completed in a year. If you are searching for a builder stop looking you are wasting your time. Mike was a man of his word and there at the drop of a hat if a problem came up. Be glad to share and show his work at anytime. Only problem you can have in any build or remodel is you didn't use C&S Construction."

We were so pleased with his knowledge and ability we had Mr. Waller then construct 3 more homes for us. We would recommend C&S highly! We can’t emphasize enough the honesty and integrity shown by Mr. Waller and his staff!"
