"My prescriptions were sent to my old pharmacy by mistake, Leche was super helpful in helping me get my prescriptions returned so I didn’t have to drive 30 minutes away while feeling like death warmed over. Then, once my prescriptions were back in my profile she called me to let me know exactly how long it would take to fill them. She knew I felt terrible and with tomorrow’s holiday she did everything she could to get my prescriptions to me before the pharmacy closed. She is awesome and I am so grateful for her!"

"This Walgreens and possibly others, have discontinued carrying URBAN SKIN RX! A brand that is tailored for people with melanin skin (skin of color) and have input La roche posay instead! Wth?! Just when I find a brand that works for my brown skin, it's removed and replaced with a brand designed for whiter skin?! Really Walgreens!? Well, you'll no longer be my neighborhood Walgreens of choice!"

"I usually have a very pleasant experience in this store. In particular, I went in the other day, and a delightful soul named Julie helped me out in the cosmetics area, as well as locating some cold/cough medicine. She is of the finest caliber of employees ~ she took her time with me, offered pertinent and helpful information, and believes in what she does. She is a great asset to this store! I also really appreciate the cashier lady who tells me ‘have a blessed day’ when I leave. ☺️ thank you Walgreens for hiring such genuine, caring people!"

"The elderly black woman who works the front register… she single-handedly creates huge lines that not only backs up the store but the parking lot. If I can drive by and see her through the window, forcing small talk on frustrated shoppers with dead face expressions just trying to get in and out, I won’t even get out of my car. I’ll save time by going to any local competitor in a ten minute radius. A twenty minute round trip out of my way is faster and less frustrating. She should be fired. Before I decided to stop shopping there when she works, they could call up literally anyone else to the second register and you’d see three or four customers checked out before she processed one transaction. Avoid at all costs when Ms. Riley or some name that starts with an R or whatever her name is works. She’s slow always and rude when she’s in a bad mood."
