Food Depot

"A couple weeks ago I decided to try out food depot and I got to say that I am pleased with the customer service by my cashier Beatriz,I am definitely going to shop here from now on because of the good prices and deals."

"I just left this morning with the worst experience ever. The shopping is pleasant as always but customer service can be improved. Me and my sick mother were waiting for a cashier to come and an older woman wearing glasses with red hair and white roots comes and doesn’t even acknowledge us. My mother then ask if they accept Apple Pay and the cashier seems upset she has to even speak and says yes in a cold tone. She then scans my mother items and starts talking to some other customers in the politest tone talking about a sale. My mother ask what the sell is about and she rudely says apple sauce and ignores us again until the transaction is complete. I then get my items on the conveyer belt and get them scanned and I ask again to confirm if Apple Pay is accepted and she catches an attitude and gets defensive saying “oh yes we do take Apple Pay” so I pay and wait for the receipt and because she was trying to hand the receipt back so fast as if dismissing us the receipt falls. I know people can have bad days I am a victim of it myself but I feel like in customer service bad day or not at least give a polite tone even if it’s fake so that the transaction is not filled with tension and animosity from the person giving the service. Props to the store it was really clean and everything was accessible and easy to find. Next time I’ll just use the self checkout to avoid any unnecessary hassle for the cashiers."

"This Home Depot is pretty good. They have items here that you can’t find it any other food depot and for me they’re conveniently located on Highway five. I frequent them often."

"they add 10% to everything you buy and also we bought milk and it was opened and leaking and a mountain due my dad got for my mom he just had surgery and all the chocolate milk seals were broke the gallons and they still makes me pay for the extra milk bc i got half gallons bc the steal wasn’t broke and that’s gross and can spread bacteria posted the ones on shelf right now he bought yesterday 12/4/23 returned 12/24/23"

"People are very courteous and professional. One of their regular customers offered to pay the tab for my groceries when my card declined. I didn't need the help but it was really cool for them to offer. Cool stuff cool customers cool place to come back to."
