"First of all, if you use this Walgreens, you better not take your medicine as prescribed because the chances that you will get your refills on the due date is extremely slim! My prescription sat in “we’re filling it” status for 2 days! I call, of course sit on hold for 7 minutes, only to find out they are out of my medication, and they have no idea when it will be back in stock. So I’m out of my prescription and my dr is not in the office today. Second, it’s clear these people hate their job! I’ve never encountered such rude people!"

"Horrible. Been to Emergency clinic and meds were called to this Walgreens. My mother, who has dementia, had to use the restroom and they refused to open up, because they had to lock it at 9 o’clock. We were waiting on a prescription to be filled and they would not open the bathroom for a serious dementia patient and customer w a UTI! 25th Street Walgreens needs to be flexible for their patients.
