"Haven't been to the mall in years. Haven't been to this mall even longer. I used to work at Bakers selling women's shoes in this same mall beforenI moved. Selection sucks. In store sales were okay, better if they had sizes. No one greets you at the entrance anymore. It's self-service. You have to take the shoe off the display and bother some kid doing TikTok dances."

"Worst store I've ever been to. Have tried several times but each time gets worse. Sad because the shoes are awesome. The prices are good. The employees are the worst I've every encountered. NEVER have I had a good experience. Lazy people. Lazy Lazy Lazy. Asked woman for a size and she just said we don't have it. Asked about 2 more shoes, she doesn't look just says they don't. Then as I'm trying to ask about something she on her own walks off and starts talking to another employee who isn't doing anything either. I said excuse me can I see these. She looks right at me then goes back to what was apparently quite a funny conversation. I swear the Franklin Park Mall location only hires rude and lazy applicants. What a shame. I will post my horrible multiple experiences at this store everywhere I can"

"Great shoe selection. They have tons of options to choose from for men, women, and kids. I was Christmas shopping for 1 person and ended up buying shoes for 3 people. The prices are on point. Right around what I would expect them to be"
