"Gross negligence and lack of customer service skills displayed by the two staff members at 8pm to myself and this other older gentleman I spoke with. We waited in the store 30 minutes and not once did we receive any kind of greeting or acknowledgement that we would be assisted after the current customers they were helping was concluded. We sat at the counter in middle of store and I also looked at a few phones I intended on buying. Even after I said out loud "I was going to another store that knew how to greet customers and let them know they were seen and would be taken care of as soon as they finished up with current customers." Nothing was said to me, just ignored.. outside the store the older gentleman asked me if I could help him because he just had a question about his VERIZON bill text message and didn't understand it, I said yes sir sure no problem so I looked and explain it to him and he was very grateful... I have all 5 star reviews for my business because I know how to treat people and I think I could teach those two employees a thing or two. Fortunately for verizon I had met two others at the store previously who did a much better job, one of them being the store manager I believe, so I'm not holding Verizon accountable as a whole for the acts of two employees that could greatly benefit from some simple training in their people skills. I give more positive reviews than negative reviews when earned. I'd put them on probation or extended leave if they didn't change real fast. The small things do matter in life and business. I'm only changing carriers for the coverage, period, definitely not the high prices or lack of appreciation. NEW UPDATE: The two associates referenced in this review have since corrected their deficiencies and I feel much better about this stores overall customer service. Thank you for responding and working hard to make this right!"
