"I specifically asked her to “trim” my dog’s hair and I was clear in that I didn’t want his hair shaved, period! She shaved every bit of hair my dog had! I was so furious with this lady. She said oh I thought you said you wanted it cut down to a half an inch! I said no I said do not shave him! I can’t help but think she maliciously did this on purpose! I DO NOT recommend and she just shrugged it off like it will grow back!!! See his before and how she just shaved all his hair!"
